Dear Customer,

The UK VAT rate will increase to 20% from the current value of 17.5%. This means if you're a resident or business inside the Eurozone (EC) - including the UK - your next invoice will increase by the extra 2.5%

What does this mean for you?

Customers inside the EC Zone

Any invoices raised on/after 4th January 2011, will automatically be raised with the new VAT rate.

Customers outside the EC Zone
Customers outside the EC Zone will not be affected by this change.

Oustanding 2010 Invoices
Any unpaid invoices from 2010 will be increased to the new VAT Rate.

PayPal Subscriptions
Unfortunately, due to limitations in the PayPal Subscription service, we cannot change the amount of the subscription. For this reason, we have been forced to cancel ALL PayPal Subscriptions. Once the subscriptions are cancelled you will either have to pay manually, or re-setup the subscription for the new amount. To do this you will need to login to your Client Portal when an Invoice is due, click on the due Invoice, then click on the "PayPal Suscribe Now" button located to the top right of the Invoice.

Credit / Debit Card
If you pay automatically via Credit/Debit card, then your card will be automatically charged as usual for the new amount.

Standing Orders / BACS
We kindly ask all customers paying via Standing Order to ammend there amount to the new invoiced amount.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions please feel free to contact support through the usual channels.

Kind Regards,
EX Networks Ltd.
