Resellers - client IP blocked
We enforce a strict security and firewall system on all of our servers to prevent abuse and attacks from outside of our network. If your client is unable to connect to their server/account at the moment, please check if their IP is blocked.Â
To check if a client's IP has been blocked, log into the Client Portal, then click 'Services' >> 'My Services'.Â
The service in question is the EX-Reseller account so click 'View Details' for that service.
Select the tab named 'Can't Access Site?' and click 'Unban Centre'. Select the EX_Reseller account in question and type the IP. Hit 'Check IP' and the system will let you know if the IP is blocked, why it's blocked and there is an option to unblock. Please note, this service does not currently support IPv6 addresses.
